Upgrading to 6.x Without Professional Services Support: With EOPS on Dec. 31 for 5.x, the window of opportunity is closing. For those customers who wish to complete the 6.x upgrade journey without PS Support, there are several steps that are required to complete the task:
Step #1: Review the Release 6.1 and Release 6.2 subspaces on RSA Link Step #2: Complete the Release 6.x pre-upgrade survey Step #3: RSA Archer will review the survey information, generate, and deliver your new Release 6.x License Key, required for post-upgrade operations Step #4: Download and install Release 6.x, execute your upgrade plan, and go live Step #5: Notify RSA Archer that your upgrade is complete
